Money

Like any good college student, I don't have any money. I don't have any money because I don't have a job here or any source of income for that matter and I don't live with my parents anymore so my expenses have rinsen. Sounds like the national economy, but that's beside the point. Anyway, my search for a work-study job failed and I dislike having to ask my parents to put money in my account because they don't really have money either, but nessesity forces me to. So, when I was attempting to buy a pair of boots yesterday, so my feet won't be wet, I over heard a father talking with his young daughter about how they needed a new babysitter. I thought, how cute, that little girl is very in tune with life. Then I thought I used to babysit. Then it hit me this is oppurtunity, not just knocking, but ringing the door bell and shouting my name. So I introduced myself, told the father that I overheard them and that I babysit. I gave him my phone number and he actually called requesting references. It is so exciting, I might actually have money coming in, not just going out. I really hope this works out.
